The ANKA-AKSUNGUR UAV System is a Medium Altitude Long Endurance (MALE) Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) system designed for day and night operations, including Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (ISR), and Attack Missions. Equipped with EO/IR, SAR, and SIGINT payloads, as well as a variety of air-to-ground weapons, AKSUNGUR is powered by two twin turbocharged diesel engines, facilitating long-endurance operations at altitudes of up to 40,000 feet.

During its maiden flight in November 2023, utilizing the TEI-PD170 indigenous engine, AKSUNGUR reached an altitude of 30,000 feet. Continuing its tests with indigenous engine, AKSUNGUR had the opportunity to stay in the air for 41 hours.
