The “Multirole Heavy Combat Helicopter Project” was initiated as a result of the technological knowledge and operational experience gained through the T129 ATAK and T625 GÖKBEY Projects.

The Multirole Heavy Combat Helicopter Project is being designed entirely with domestic and national capabilities, targeting increased payload and ammunition capacity (1,200 kg excluding launchers), modern avionics systems, reduced logistical costs, and high performance.

In this context, Turkish Aerospace, with over half a century of experience and extensive aviation expertise, continues to carry out the project’s development efforts.

High-Temperature & Altitude Performance

Heavy Duty Attack Helicopter is designed for requirements for missions carried out in hot and elevated geographical conditions as well as inclement weather conditions.

Advanced Avionics and High Munitions Carriage Capacity

Heavy Duty Attack Helicopters, with modern avionics systems, is planned to be more competitive and innovative compared to helicopters of similar classes. Heavy Duty Attack Helicopter, with a capacity of carrying 1200 kgs of munitions (excluding launchers), is designed to meet the operational needs.
