Dear Turkish Aerospace Employees,

At Turkish Aerospace, commitment to ethical values, reliability, and corporate integrity lies at the center of all activities carried out across the Company. In a field requiring a high degree of responsibility, such as defense and aerospace, trust is secured not only through the technologies developed, but also through the principles on which decisions are based and the values upon which business practices are built.

With an awareness of the responsibilities we bear toward the foundations and public institutions within our shareholding structure, our activities are conducted in line with the principles of public benefit, transparency, and accountability. Within this framework, compliance with the highest ethical standards throughout all processes is not merely an obligation, but a natural and indispensable part of the Turkish Aerospace culture.

This Ethics Handbook serves as a fundamental guide that sets out a framework for conduct in many areas, ranging from conflicts of interest and information security to supplier relations and public responsibility. Our employees are expected to take these principles of conduct as a basis while fulfilling their duties and responsibilities, to assess ethical risks they may encounter in a timely manner, and to share such risks through the relevant channels where necessary. I would particularly like to emphasize that all reports submitted through the ethics structure and communication channels established within our Company will be handled confidentially and that no report made in good faith will result in any adverse consequence.

The sustainable success of Turkish Aerospace is strengthened by its employees’ commitment to ethical values, professional conduct, and a culture of mutual trust. An ethical stance is not an individual preference, but an institutional responsibility. In this context, it is of great importance that compliance with ethical principles be embraced not merely as a requirement, but as one of the fundamental components of Turkish Aerospace’s corporate culture.
