Mehmet Fatih GÜÇLÜ was born in 1976. He completed his undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Economics of Istanbul University in the field of Economics.

He started his professional career in 1996 at Eksim Group and held various positions in various sectors. Mehmet Fatih GÜÇLÜ worked in Çalık Holding Group in between 2005-2009, in Medicalpark Hospitals Group in between 2009-2011, in THY Group in between 2011-2016 and in Deima Electromechanical Products in between 2016-2017. Throughout these years, he also carried out the tasks as the Chairman of the Advisory Board and Strategic Committee of Iran Airtour.

In 2017, Mr. GÜÇLÜ started to work at ASELSAN and was appointed as CFO (VP) as of September 2019 with the decision of ASELSAN Board of Directors and served in this position until March 2023.  As of July 2023, he was appointed as Advisor to the President of Turkish Defence Industry Agency.

Mr. GÜÇLÜ was elected as a member of the Board of Directors of STM A.Ş. and TUSAŞ for the year 2023, and is currently a member of the Board of Trustees of Anadolu Mektebi Foundation.

Among the prominent areas in which he has experience and expertise; the coordination of ASELSAN’s secondary public offering process, turn around and exit strategies in enterprises, start-ups, share offers, investment and aircraft financing, Enterprise Resource Planning and Cost Reduction Programs management, financial control, budget and reporting, decision support management, tax planning, incentives, exemptions, investor relations and affiliate management and reporting stand out.

Mehmet Fatih GÜÇLÜ is fluent in English and intermediate in German. He is married and has three children.
