WE TOP OUR INDUSTRY IN THE “MOST PREFERRED COMPANIES” SURVEY

The results of “Most Preferred Companies 2026”, Türkiye’s first employer branding survey, have been announced. With this year’s results, our company has achieved a historic success both in the defence industry and in the overall rankings.

In the 17th edition of the survey, conducted by Realta Consulting with the participation of more than 130,000 university students and young professionals, we rose to first place in the defence industry. Changing the long-standing pattern of sector leadership, our company reached the top for the first time, becoming the most preferred company in our industry!

Our company also recorded a remarkable rise in the overall rankings, which include all industries. Having ranked 18th in 2025, we climbed 12 places in the 2026 results to become Türkiye’s sixth most preferred employer.

The survey results show that interest among young people and professionals in the aerospace industry continues to grow, further strengthening our company’s reputation as an employer.
