WE WELCOMED 20,000 YOUNG TALENTS TO OUR COMPANY AT TECHNICAL TRIP XL 2026!

On May 16 and 17, we welcomed 20,000 young talents from 74 cities, 72 different departments across 177 universities, 1,026 high schools, 718 middle schools and 867 primary schools to our company as part of the internationally award-winning TECHNICAL TRIP XL, one of our largest employer branding initiatives, held for the fourth time this year.

On May 16, primary and middle school students participated in specially designed activities, developing their practical skills in STEAM workshops tailored to the 6-10 and 11-14 age groups. They also enjoyed mini flight experiences with our HÜRKUŞ model aircraft in the HÜRKUŞ flight area and received their first flight certificates. Through the HÜRJET and KAAN Musical, they learned about our aircraft and the professions of engineering and technical work in a highly entertaining fashion.

On May 17, high school and university students learned about our career and development opportunities through an engineering panel and sessions on recruitment and internship programs. At our “Ask an Engineer and Technician!” area, we shared our fields of work and motivation behind our domestic and national projects with young talents.

In addition, 293 candidate engineers who began their internships during the 2025-2026 period celebrated their graduation from our internship programs at the SKY Graduation Ceremony alongside their families, enjoying memorable and entertaining moments at the concert held after the ceremony.

Throughout both days, TECHNICAL TRIP XL was enriched by breathtaking flight demonstrations featuring GÖKBEY, HÜRJET and AKSUNGUR. Participants also had the opportunity to visit our Building No. 10 and HÜRJET production line, observing firsthand the development and production processes of our domestic and national technologies. At this meaningful event, where we came together with the engineers, technicians and scientists of the future, we witnessed our country’s achievements in aviation and space while sharing the pride and excitement of May 19, the Commemoration of Atatürk, Youth and Sports Day.
